We offer OSHC & Community bookings with no deposit. We will provide the total cost with a quote and invoice payable one week prior to the event.
Lightning Games is happy to enter into contracts that allow an ongoing mutual arrangement of services. Where two or more bookings are made with OSHC entities, for the same location, within the financial year, we will provide our services, for a cheaper price than standard bookings.
Bookings made at the same time for the same OSHC location within the current financial year for 5 hours or more:
1st booking - Standard OSHC fee applies
2nd and subsequent booking - 5% off our base fee
We are usually heavily booked by other OSHC providers usually 3 months in advance. We highly recommend our OSHC and Community Organisations to book us early to secure your preferred date for your event.
Most bookings last between 4-5 hours depending on how many kids are going to be gaming.
We have 11 positions available for OSCH & Community events but note that four positions will be playing the one single game together on one gaming TV or these same four gamers can share a game such as Mario Karts or Smash Brothers etc and play on one device against each other on a 50" gaming screen.
The other 7 positions can play games singularly or can team up with each other depending on the game of choice.
OSHC providers usually cost slightly more than private bookings as younger children require more assistance.
